InnerView Designs was founded in 2011 by Leah C. Pugh, an award winning designer
with over 20 years of experience in the residential field. Leah earned a Bachelor of
Arts Degree in Interior Design from California State University Sacramento and is a
Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer with the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
InnerView Designs specializes in residential design for remodeling projects and utilizes 3D
rendering techniques to aid in visualizing potential concepts. Photo-realistic renderings, combined
with design expertise and detailed construction documents, help to bring your vision to life.

This includes spatial relationships as well as basic scale and forms the owner might desire. Research of jurisdictional regulations is completed at this time. Design development yields a more detailed site plan as well as floor plans, exterior elevations, and 3D renderings of both exterior and interior spaces.

The construction document phase produces more detailed drawings which are used for the construction of your project. These drawings typically include specifications for construction details and materials. CDs can be sent to contractors for pricing or bidding as well as to the building department for permit approvals.
